Both demos are a made-up motel with made-up guests. Card payments run in test mode, so nothing is ever charged. It's private to whoever opens it, every visitor gets their own motel, and it's wiped when they leave.
These are the parts we'd want to know about if we were the ones running the motel.
If you own more than one property, they all run in the same system. Your desk people sign in once and move between buildings, and you can look at the whole group on one screen instead of keeping a separate account, a separate password and a separate calendar for every motel you own. One person, one sign in, and they only see what you let them see. Ask most of these systems what it costs to run four motels and you get a sales call before you get a number. Your rooms, your rates and your existing bookings go in before you ever touch it, and we sit with your front desk people until they're comfortable. After that you're not calling a ticket queue in another time zone. There are two of us, and you get both numbers.
Ask us for something small, a field you keep needing, a change to how a bill reads, a button where your staff keep looking for one, and it usually lands in days. You're asking the two people who write the code, not a form. Anything bigger, we'll tell you what it takes and quote it before we start. What we won't do is promise you anything by tomorrow.

Your rooms sit on Booking.com and Expedia through a connection we run for you, so when a room sells anywhere, it closes everywhere. Every reservation lands in the same list at your desk, whether it came from one of those sites, the phone, a walk in, or your own website.
Tripadvisor shows the prices from those sites, so it follows along without any extra work from you. Your own rate can also show in Google's price display through Google's free booking link, which by Google's own help pages costs nothing per click and takes no payment for placement.
This is the piece that isn't running yet. We switch it on for your property after you sign, in the off season, using your own Booking.com and Expedia logins.

The page counts are real caps, not a suggestion. If you want more pages than that, we'll price them before we build, so a $4,000 site never turns into a $9,000 invoice.
