This explains what CT-Sided Tech Solutions ("we" or "us") does with the information you give us through ctsidedtech.com. We're a website design and hosting business based in South Jersey, serving all of New Jersey.
We only collect information you choose to send us. When you fill out our contact form, that's:
Like most websites, our host also keeps basic technical logs automatically, things like your IP address and browser type, to keep the site secure and running. We don't use those logs to build a profile of you. We don't knowingly collect anything from children under 13.
We use what you send us for one thing: to reply to you and talk about your project or your website. We don't add you to a marketing list you didn't ask for, and we never sell or rent your information to anyone.
We keep your information to ourselves, with two exceptions, both service providers that make the site work:
These providers only handle your information to provide their service to us, under their own privacy terms. We never sell your personal information.
This site doesn't use advertising cookies or third-party trackers, and we don't follow your activity across other websites. Because we don't track you, we honor "Do Not Track" browser signals by default. Our host may set a small number of strictly necessary cookies to keep the site secure, and those are not used to profile you.
We keep your message and contact details for as long as we need them to help you and to keep a record of our conversation. If you'd like us to delete them, just ask and we will.
You're in control of what you sent us. To see what we have, correct it, or have it deleted, email us at cl.friedman@ctsidedtech.com and we'll take care of it. There's no account to log into, we handle these requests by hand.
If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page, and if the change is significant we'll call it out clearly. It's worth checking back now and then.
